Mind Body and You - Summer Yoga Workshop

Ladies, gents, beginners and all levels are welcome.
Come and enjoy a fun and relaxing morning of yoga to unwind and destress your back hips and whole body through gentle movement and breathing techniques ending with a blissful guided meditation. Variations of yoga poses will be given so that you can choose gentle or comfortable options for your body and rest whenever you like. We’ll have a break half way with the chance to chat and make new friends.

Once again, as we did in the spring, we follow on with the theme of boosting happy, healthy and healing energy throughout your body and mind. Be inspired to find harmony and balance whilst focusing awareness on improving posture for a happier back, hips, head, shoulders, knees and toes... and eyes and ears, and nose and mouth... and yes, the whole rest of the body too.
We’ll explore the amazing links between our minds, bodies and breath. We’ll share how we can use this deeper awareness and new knowledge to help improve posture, strength and flexibility as well as to become more calm, improve our health, find contentment and enhance our lives. Discover helpful tips to help build healthy habits for a happy back and happy hips. We'll give you a free yoga sequence handout to inspire you with a gentle home practice.
