Learn to energise your body and calm your mind with a private yoga lesson. A private yoga class is ideal for a 2 to 5 people friends and family group that's too busy to come to a regular weekly yoga class. Private lessons are also ideal for beginners that would like to improve their athletic performance in their chosen sport, tone their body or learn correct alignment to help further their home practice ensuring that they practise safely and mindfully.
Learn to deepen your awareness of your body and mind to relieve stress, increase your energy, increase mental clarity and focus. Improve your wellbeing, general fitness, strength and flexibility.
A private yoga class:
- is either one hour or one and a half hours
- at a time convenient for you
- focused on specific issues e.g. easing tension in a part of your body
- teaches you postures to improve your athletic performance
- teaches you a full body workout yoga sequence to practice at home.
Private yoga classes are ideal as a gift.

- An alternative suitable venue may be discussed if required.
